Print and Mail Customer Account Manager

 

We wish to appoint a new Customer Account Manager to our busy production office who has some experience in a similar role.

 

The Person

  • Strong verbal communication skills, in particular a good telephone manner
  • Expertise and accuracy in the use of Microsoft Office, good language and numeric ability
  • High level of personal drive, initiative, willingness to learn and be part of an ambitious team
  • Work to tight deadline and prioritise their own workload

 

The Role

Will be varied and include:

  • Preparing quotations and producing works order instructions from customer information on the Company‚Äôs Job Controller system
  • Maintain and develop good customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities
  • Liaise with customers to ensure top quality customer satisfaction is achieved on a daily basis
  • Preparing and producing postal dockets for Royal Mail

 

We will provide training and support; however will encourage the individual to work independently and improve processes to maximise our efficiency.
